Chuck: Be honest. On balance Hoffer has been calling the shots and aside from what he thought would happen with the eviction procedure, he's been correct.

I'm not supportive of Hoffer nor his methods but we did hear about how Shupin withdrew from the case days before Shupin posted it on his own website.

We also read about Hoffer's efforts to regain ownership of the company via his website. In contrast we her from Shupin via third parties who claim to have contacted him telling stories about lawsuits, still conducting business and the eviction will not happen.

Whether you choose to believe that Hoffer is lying is up to you. However I'm saying that on balance, Hoffer has been calling the shots and his "PRs" have been a predictor of the future.
