The order was signed on 5/27 by Judge Stanton. However Shupin withdrew from the case before that.
Any number of things may have happened in the few weeks leading up to 6/6 where the end result was that Shupin capitulated to Hoffer. After all, it was either come up with $4 million or hand over the company. Shupin may have seen the writing on the wall and took the first train out of Dodge. Who knows at this point.
If Shupin no longer owns the company we never hear from him again. It may be that Hoffer puts out a PR or perhaps that was THE PR on his website.
To tell the truth, I've never been in a stock at the exact moment it changed hands in the fashion that this has. This will be a learning experience for me.
