Here's my issue... if this truly happened before June 6 (which it had to have happened, if Erik's story is correct), then why have shares been trading everyday since? If they've ceased operations, wouldn't someone have to file papers and in turn trading be halted? I don't know, this is all too weird for me. We'll see what happens here.
