506 has been released..Question is..are they restricted or not? Obviously they are raising money for the completion of the facility and for operational expenses.
Also..how much are they selling and for what price?
Company needs to updates us on this matter for clarification.
Typically, 506 is good for the company if they have pending projects and most of the time, they are being sold to an investor as restricted ( but not all the time).
