Obviously they are selling shares, but it seems that this is a private placement transaction and it is a very quick way to raise capital. If I understand correctly, the buyer usually believe in the company to invest in it and they will propably hold for good gains. Another thing is that private placements sometimes happens at favorable terms. So, this might not hit the market fo a while. Dilution ?yes, expected? yes. how they are going to use this?-have no idea till they open their mouth.
