Don't know if UL is testing or not. Would be nice if they actually said they were but I think the efficiency testing will need to be completed on the production unit.

I don't like this part.

Wanderport does not foresee any short term changes to share structure including reverse or forward split unless under the review and advice of legal council or transfer agent.

Advise of transfer agent? What do they have to do with it? Aren't they just the company that takes care of the paperwork? Maybe I should do a little more reading on what a transfer agent does.
