By: walktowalk 23 May 2005, 09:00 PM EDT Msg. 423 of 423 Jump to msg. # Nice and cozy here. CEO is in toast oven. One from DigitalKids (DK) said CEO will buy back all NNS to keep his office open. GLUV Corp is not existed anymore (It's GVRP, DK). An insider with DK sold some of 11 M she received from hub through a trust fund. She didnt understand those shares were attached with F/S shares. Interwest TA put shares into the fund and thought no insider would sell it immediately, of courese they mixed up record date and ex split date. TA blamed the wife for selling too quick when the F/S shares had not been settled yet, but the wife shouted back that she had very right to do so as long as any stock was in her fund accordingly. Lawyers from both sides are arguing now to find a scapegoat. NASDAQ. OTCBB, and SEC cannot help them much cuz it was not market maker's mistake or sort of MM manipulation. The MM simply followed his client's sell order when he did see those shares in her fund. Who's fault? Who should pay for the mistake? Blame the smartazz investors? SEC is to start to investigate the company. They want to know all this company's history and CEO's dealing. The show just begins. JIMO
