The biggest asset here is a debt free shell with a strong base of shareholders willing to form an equity committee, hold an annual shareholders meeting, elect a board of directors, appiont a new CEO, and get new financing to fund, Natural Gas, Oil & Solar projects through a private equity firm led by an investment banker with an Ivy-League MBA and decades of experience in acquiring small to middle sized companies and rebranding them, and re-selling them.

We shareholders are the "asset".

Keith always said to me "HE ONLY NEEDS 10 MILLION TO RETIRE" that was his goal... he may of come up short with Hemi, but this is not his first disapearing act... He did this in or about 98... ask Hemi's last COO about that.
