What are Hemi's current assets? Did Keith indeed sell them to Melrose or other? Although we all have our suspicions (that there is nothing left), we don't know. Without knowing these simple questions, we cannot say Hemi will resurface or that the coffin is nailed shut. It's all just an opinion. I do hope that we eventually get past all the opinions and find out what, if anything, is left of the company.
