Ameritrade paid the split shares according to the terms received through DTC. At this time, we have no information as to whether the split shares will be adjusted or amended.

If you sold the shares and the split is reversed, you may be short the shares.

At this time:
-There are no indications as to whether this split will be reversed.
-If it is reversed, we are in no position to determine if any trade activity before or after the split will be cancelled/reversed by the market.

Yep, Ameritrade has the shares, says they do not ever post split shares unless the actually have them. End of story.
