True. but the history of mergers/reverse mergers in pinky land shows that almost 100% of the time they are accompanied by a reverse split at the same time of the merger or very closely there after. Personally, i only know of one case where a reverse split did not occur within the first few months ... and that one did a reverse split 16 mos. later ... and then another 6 mos. after that.

The last case, which i followed for months before the merger, resulted in a reverse split of 1:2500 within 60 days of the merger. That is just the way it is in pinky land. As revolting as it is, it is only logical and prudent for the new entity to get rid of the old shareholders claims upon the new company, to which they have not contributed one dime.

It's only his personal opinion, but as I already said: pantherj was very very very wrong before!
I read his previous posts, he predicted a reverse split almost a year ago, till there goes his reliability! ha ha ha ha
