Despite all the posting I do about Brazil, I own only one stock based there: VALE. I do not find the investment case for PBR compelling for the reasons cited in #msg-51214642, and I don’t currently follow other Brazilian companies closely enough to take a large position.

I used to own Embratel but I sold when it ran into “guilt by association” due to its affiliation with Worldcom. (That seems like half a lifetime ago!)
