I'm with you 100%. Too bad our posts are spell-checked, edited, and backed by logic. Apparently if they weren't they'd have more meaning...

The crux of the commons argument is that they demand for justice that the bank was stolen while supporting their mantra with conspiracies. Meanwhile, in order for justice to be fulfilled, b/c of the great bank theft, they want to steal money from preferreds so they can get paid.

Here's the logic: Bank was stolen, we commons want to get paid, preferreds will get paid, this isn't the 'typical bk so all should get paid, the law should be breached so it's ok to steal from preferreds

Therefore, stealing from preferreds is the justice that is demanded from a stolen bank

look at you with those big words again ,stop brotha doesn't impress noone ............................u serious???there was proof of wrong doing allready!!where have u been ,do you really think they will put this out to the public ,noway esp. when they were making a deal...they all were involved ,how nieve are you.why would they all agree to a settlement w/us willing to give up their control of the co. including all the hidden assets and nol benefits potentialy for a huge buyer of that co...when previously equity was getting shiat ,when all of em where at the settlement table they wanted it all ,now all of a sudden (hence nate) they change their tune ...come on man you have to be a brain washed liberal ,your telling me you cant read these people //wow ..why would they say only if you drop the allegations against us you would get this ,nate showed them the proof as i stated before ..who knows if Appaloosa did but the others did ,and they all acted as 1 at the settlement table ,so your point is mute ."valuation among other things caused them to share the weath"you serious with that 1...oh so its this dealing with equity has nothing to do with the nate allegations ,it's just a coincidence ..dude your weak ,i'd advice ya to tell Appaloosa or jpm to pay ya more ,cause your talking to a empty room
