There is a huge difference here now. This thing was in "default" status forever. Now all of a sudden it's "Active". Who activated it? Why would you do this? What was the point? Someone had to have done that and they had a reason. They could have left it in "default" status. There really was no reason to bring it out of that status. Like I said I'd have sure liked to have seen who activatd and why. Interesting stuff.

Right, and there won't be a PR because they filed to terminate. Also the stock is non-complaint due to massive auditing problems. Several years of audits would have to be redone. Not going to happen.

SEC would pull the plug if any effort were made to pump the stock!
