Not true. That's why they filed that report. They DO NOT have to file anymore being a pink sheet stock. If what you say is true why hasn't the SEC halted trading in this before?
bar why do you think they went "Active" again? Who would have done this? But again most importantly why? They have been in default status forever. Why go "Active" now? And why isn't this a GREAT thing? Thanks.
