One of the problems EIGH has is that they are dealing with old information.
Shareholders get disgusted with the Lies from EIGH and sell.

Its not easy to sell, buy it has occurred since the divy failure and the SEC suspension.
So the old "audited number" is no longer relevant.
To think that all shareholders have continued to hold is just silliness on EIGH's part.
