I say "semi-merger" as Gate (a private compnay) now has CONTROLLING INTEREST of AGEL

Why can't anyone get this correct? Gate has controlling interest of AIA(a subdivision) not the company AGEL itself. I really think many need to realize the difference because it may make a difference in the long run....imo
