The most recent notable occurrence is that the website is currently "under construction" (as of 2 days ago 06/15/11).
Speculation is that it is being redesigned to better suit the companies vision. It definitely needed a facelift since Gate Technologies is now involved.
Other notable news was the recent filing where Lori Livingston and Vincent Molinari resigned their respective positions.
Speculation is that it is possibly to avoid a conflict of interest having to do with the semi-merger of Gate Tech and Angels in action.
I say "semi-merger" as Gate (a private compnay) now has CONTROLLING INTEREST of AGEL
