If you paid attention and had any interest, you would know that the production company is completing editing on the footage they shot. Then it will be presented to the six networks that are interested in airing the show. Then we find out who offers the best deal....So there is no need for anyone to bring it up again.

Actually, they WOULD get SOME money from the show. I think Odessey got over $1MM from the episodes in 2009 that they did. We're not talking a lot, but it could be enough to keep the boats running entirely from the proceeds of the reality series. :-) that would be nice. Then all the artifacts (When FINALLY sold!) would go as an operating profit instead of back into the expenses. I don't think of $1MM as much money for a company, but in this case it could make a difference in the operating budgets. :-)

Kelel, lots of Deep Blue's press releases just seem to evaporate like last year's ship salvage operation in the Iraq area. Sounded like Deep Blue was working with Gaiacor on getting some contracts.....then nothing. Gaiacor, by the way, trades on the Frankfurt stock exchange with the ticker VCG. It traded at around .50 until August, 2010, then it hit some rough times. Closed yesterday at .001. Not a very good partner.

No mention of Deep Blue on the production company's website and the production company doesn't appear to have a good track record anyway.
