I'd think twice about calling the legal competence of F&J into question. Be careful with the statements that you make.
There's a fine line sometimes between protected opinion and defamation. When you call the ethics, competence, skills of a lawyer or law firm into question, you might just be crossing the line into defamatory speech. And many jurisdictions have a doctrine of defamation per se meaning that you could be liable even if they can't demonstrate economic damages.
I happen to think that the things you state as facts are far from facts, and if you mean them as opinions, I don't think that they're well thought out when it comes to your critiques of legal strategies and maneuvers and without doubt you're making these statements without access to all the facts and without the requisite legal training to do so.
Unless you're a lawyer but I didn't notice that on your resume?
