Would you cancel a contract that effects your bottom line?

Cancel contracts to buy fuel for less than market prices, or cancel contracts to supply waste plastic to JBI and avoid landfill fees?

Sorry, I just don't see that happening... unless somebody can offer them a better deal (another thing I don't see happening).

Fat chance of that ever happening, this stock is poised with the right solution to a significant problem at the right time in history.

Your "What If" theories seem to completely ignore the current state of affairs on the global stage.

Companies such as Coco Paving are much more competitive using fuel purchased below market...they have a leg up on their competition.
Many other companies will follow suit...this will not disappear...it will only grow in leaps and bounds.

My point is that green stocks might go out of style fast and JBII could crash back below $1 as customers cancel contracts.

This is not even a serious consideration... no time for this!

ROTFLMAO... will allocate my time to serious discussion henceforth. GLTY

That statement could be applied to any company.....the what-ifs are an exercise in futility....any company not just JBII would face financial difficulty if they lost business....feel free to speculate that the sky is falling and i'll stick to the fundies on JBII as they continue to expand their business.....

Lol my mother made me wear that!!!!!! My point is green going out of favor is highly unlikely. Oil could drop but it won't be that steep and certainly not for long. The need for fuel of all kinds will continue to grow as the population around the world and the need for energy continues to grow.

This is a non issue, diesel and gasoline are not going out of style in the foreseeable future, having to paying millions of dollars a year, per site, for transportation costs and increasing landfill tipping fees is not something companies want to keep paying. The green aspect of the company is a bonus. I also want to point out that green initiatives normally goes away during recessions, guess what, read the news, green is definitely not going out of style. There is a very real need for it and many companies are wasting billions on green options that are not and in some cases never will be profitable. JBI has a green technology that can and will be profitable.

Are you actually suggesting the environmental and energy concern is a "here and now only problem" that will be resolved with the current technology. This will not be an on-going and futuristic problem??? You must be very optimistic.

being a green stock has nothing to do with there current share price --= i am stunned you think it does!?

jbi is PRIMARILY a FUEL COMPANY. they are in the business of selling fuel.

jbi is not in the business of selling green.

why you are so focused on this "when green goes out of style" business has me flabbergasted.

its as though you are viewing this company with blinders on and you lack the ability to turn your head to see anything else.

JBI sells fuel, and it costs them next to nothing to create that fuel.

its not expensive biofuel, its not windfarm. its scrap plastic -to- fuel.

DO YOU UNDERSTAND? being a green process is just a byproduct of the process - but its not jbi's focus.

wow. just wow. but if you want to keep focusing on this "jbi is a niche green company" thing -- then go ahead. your wasting your time though.
