corp, you asked what is so desirable in Nokia's 3g contract? How can you not see it? The thing that is so desirable is the fact that until a trigger is licensed, they don't have to pay. So IF we don't sign one of the triggers, they get free use up until 12/31/06. After that they are not licensed and will have to negotiate a new contract or be subject AGAIN to other person, in this case the court system, deciding their future. I don't think they will make that mistake again.

As far as your assumption in one of your previous posts that there is only ONE contract covering 2g & 3g, I believe it is an incorrect assumption. I believe someone previously posted that there are 3 contracts, one for 2g, one for 3g and one for the TDD development work. If in fact there was only one contract, personally I would be a lot more concerned about our arbitration outcome because we have not signed a 3g trigger. I believe each contract stands on its own and it would have made sense to license each technology separately. I know you think our legal team is inept, and that is your opinion, but I believe we constructed our Nokia contract in such a way that Nokia doesn't have any wiggle room.
