I would say that depends on the market cap, if we are talking about transform as it relates to stock price.

I'm hard-pressed to think of a biotech that had a dramatic PPS improvement as a result of a lowish-level royalty payment on a successful drug. I'm sure there must be some examples, but nothing really springs to mind.
