#16061 RE: unconvinced #16059

Well unconvinced, they are off to a typical Emax start aren't they? I mean, this thing hasn't even really begun and ALREADY they have a possible delay in setting the effective date for the dividend!

It would be one thing if this was a date a month or so out in the future, but the previously announced date was June 15!!! Two days away!! What are they going to do, announce the effective date on the same day it's effective??

If you follow Emax for years, the following in the "interview" should have raised more red flags than China on one of their national holidays.

Interviewer: What date do you have to be a shareholder of EMXC to be eligible for that dividend?

EMXC: We stated that the record date to be June 15 of this year.

I: Are you going to make that on time?

EMXC: <pause> Honestly Chris, that's a date that we had chosen, the fact is today we got word that we may have to adjust that date just a little bit on from the fact that we need to make sure that FINRA, which is NASDAQ's compliance office, has been notified correctly. And they changed a lot of their guidelines how administratively we need to do those things for compliance. Right now the date will stand. I am waiting for counsel to let us know if we have to adjust that accordingly. If not, it will stay as June 15

I: You could only be talking a couple of days, right, I assume?

EMXC: That's correct, absolutely.

Those of us that have followed Emax know what is about to happen here. June 15 will come and go and we will hear nothing.

"Just a little bit"? How's that one coming from a CEO? Real informative, eh?

If you have followed Emax for years, you know that FINRA has also held up the 4 other dividends.... for up to 8 years!!!!! So, this is pure Emax! We aren't even out of the gate and we ALREADY have a FINRA delay.

First, keep in mind that according to her the date is still June 15!

Now remember folks, she agreed, that it is only a "couple of days". I ask you all to tell me, by your reasonable definition, what is a "couple of days"? 3? 4? 6? Let me know your thinking here!

I want to stress one thing though. The other 4 dividends had effective (record) dates... BUT THEY HAVE YET TO BE PAID. So IF they even get their act half together and announced an effective date, that means LITTLE! Just ask the 4 other dividend holders who have yet to be paid.... in up to 8 years!
