On June 13th, you are saying we already have a delay, and you're referring to June 15th.
You bring valid ideas to the table, but the "IMO, could be, might be", is missing. You are speaking of "facts" that haven't happened yet.
Let's just try and keep it real, okay?
Everyone here who is "betting on this horse" admits that there's a good chance it won't go through.
You seem to be the only person saying that there is "no chance" of something going through.
You have a crystal ball, or what?
I appreciate the other side of the coin, but I refuse to believe it's the only side of the coin.

the checklist you are giving us for what SHOULD happen in order for this company to finally achieve credibility.
I still think unconvinced's post about checklists is a bit more in detail, and has links to back him up.
Do you think it would be possible to "sticky" his post? I have to keep digging back to find it.

To review, while a possible delay was mentioned, the CEO ended that topic with "Right now the date will stand. I am waiting for counsel to let us know if we have to adjust that accordingly. If not, it will stay as June 15 "

In true Emax fashion, NOT A WORD has been mentioned by the company if the date is/was June 15. NOTHING! If there is a delay wouldn't ANY company having ANY respect for their shareholders update them, telling them that the date WILL be missed before June 15 came, especially after having stated ""Right now the date will stand"??

THIS IS EMAX FOLKS!

Obviously I am not the only one to notice the passing of June 15 with silence from the company on the dividend, as the stock tanked on heavy selling.

Welcome to the season of excuses. She will have them lined up for you all! My experience is this: Pink sheet "investors" will allow a company to miss as any dates, goals and promises, as many times as needed, as long as there is a excuse. (there are people believing her excuses on the 2003 dividends for 8 years now). Roxanna is the queen of excuses! Let's watch as they become unveiled!
