We may never know, Suds! Hopefully, USOG will issue a PR soon stating what the issues were, and what was done to satisfy the SEC. All we can do is wait it out.

i think so suds, otherwise if usog is up to date with their filings why was trading halted. usog did something to raise a red flag with the sec and we may never know what that was. preparing for the worst, hoping for the best. pips post today was somewhat encouraging.
