I do not have clue, since I don't hold shares in this nonsense. I do have insight in to the faithful and am stupefied at their ability to dismiss all tangible evidence indicating this is a scam, while clinging to blind faith and the wild claim there is a huge naked short position on this and other securities (despite 0 facts to support this claim).
While I'm a huge believer in free markets, I'm glad the SEC is stepping in here. EIGH, CDIV, the FLDs and Monk are clear evidence that without strong regulatory bodies many individual investors will be robbed blind by guys like Bryant, Monk and Nasir.
