Good Call Lawrence, when I was reading it, I was stunned to see that they did not mention Rosen's words in court the other day about the EC needing 7-10 days to do the court ordered discovery. Why is the EC doing an investigation if there has been no evidence of any wrongdoing found and exactly why would the estate give the control to the EC..
When Art made that statement to Ilenes about the one who had no value now controlling the process for value, that about made me jump out of my wheelchair, because that is very telling for the future of Equity. We control the process and new RE-WMI. WOW!
We are wiped out in PORV6, but now we have control in PORV7. HUM!
I think there was more evidence of where that IT actually went, maybe it did go all the way back to the BOD of WMI. Wouldn't that be an interesting news article that would never be printed.
