Tepper looks the fool and weak in this article.

This was a carefully crafted story, I am sure it would have been a hit piece if there had been no evidence found. They are completely lacking in adulations’ for some one that brought billions of dollars and numerous Titians of business to a halt by one simple accusation.
Where does it make any mention of the total impact his accusation has made? What it does is state no evidence was found. In the nicest way possible they are calling Nate a fool for even trying. I didn’t catch the part where it says anything about the SNH being dropped from the GSA nor did I pickup on where the Equity right down to the commons will now survive or even where they will be in charge of the reorganized company.
No instead the basic premise of the article is commoner holds up major bankruptcy case for a while and no evidence is found so now you can go back to your lowly little commoner life and shut up.
Clearly if this had not been the intention of the article they would have left out the no evidence has been found and they would not have implied that the investigation is completed. If this is an older article then the no evidence was found would have necessitated an edit as it is only 2 weeks since Rosenturd made that statement. And strangely at the same time pointed to the impact Nates’ accusation has made.
Once again they opted for only one side of the story and not its full impact.
I do not want anyone to get me wrong ,I fully appreciate what Nate has done for all of us and this story does not give him the credit he justly deserves.
