I see no problem.

The float is well under the Nevada SOS AS and the info is publicly available.

Nevada SOS will be updated if and when it's time.

Tomorrow, HPNN could issue 5 billion more shares, without any warning for the shareholders.

In fact the best warning sign that new shares have been issued, is when the fluff PRs start again.

That's Hop-On real business, to issue billions of shares, and then con gullible people into buying them.
The gizmos sales are just an aftertought, a pretense to be a "business".
