BNY, Mellon has already filed a claim for all 4 of the Capital Trusts as the indenture trustee. It must be an allowed claim by debtors council as they have challenged my claim as being duplicative of those BNYM claims.
BNYM just failed to file the "guarantee" portion.

According to the prospectus, there are 5 trustees per each CT. Three of these trustees must be from LBHI, who is the guarantor.

There are five trustees of the trust. Three of them, referred to as regular trustees, are officers of Lehman Brothers Holdings. JPMorgan Chase Bank will act as the property trustee of the trust, and Chase Manhattan Bank USA, National Association will act as the Delaware trustee.
