It is also very interesting in that no claim forms were ever made available for LHHMQ? At the time we received them for the K's, L's and N's ONLY. No I-hub folks received any for LHHMQ.
Now was that in error or is LHHMQ different from the other 3 CT's?
If that was a mistake and forms should have been sent, then an opportunity to state a guarantee claim against the debtors was never established? BNYM did file a claim for LHHMQ, but failed to under the "guarantee".
This are points I want to bring up to Judge Peck when my turn in court happens.
