Not sure about the market maker seeing the Conditional second order.
I believe that this machination is done by Ameritrade.
If so, then the MM sees only the first order.
He could of course guess that this is a trigger, but will not know the amount of shares, 11,101, 1001, 10001.
Orders to OTC, Pink sheets, markets via an electronic brokerage are Not instantaneous. I have often had them take several minutes to register, a few time nearly an hour.
This is another good reason not to do market trades on OTC stocks.
Note that I did not encourage people to do the conditional order (not trade trigger) thing, just said it was possible.
Most times, when your broker does not permit you to do something it is for your own protection (and sometimes just for their protection, but they are entitled to that too).
