There would be a special letter after it if that was the case. Chapter 7 there would be a "Q" at the end. Chapter 11 there would be some other designation.
Then why were the shareholders not compensated for whatever assets they bought? If just a empty shell then why has it been trading even what little it has and not just been completely dissolved if it is so worthless? Remember we still have patents, royalities that are of value.
