I had pacer at work, but I retired 6 weeks ago. The BK searh is easy to use, however, you need to be a paid subscriber to use it. If RMTD filed for BK they would have had a fiduciary responsibility to notify shareholders via a PR, so I doubt that one was filed. What we had was an assett sale to Telogis, and IMO, we are now shareholders in a shell that is for all intents and purposes, worthless.
