The problem is everyone is tired of waiting and the fact that he missed with the next PR already that was supposed to be out at least Friday or Monday only continues to kill investor confidence.

The only thing we can hope is that the deal is done and went through and the company has been buying up Shares at 0.0001 before the PR release about the confirmation which would send this stock to huge highs making a buy back 10 times more expensive.

At this point who knows what is going on and because of the history of the company and Chin himself everyone has their doubts and they should.

I think Chin needs to release and update PR on wtf is going on...doesn't everyone agree with that?

It is not scamming. Raising capital is any company's good right. That is the basic reason for a company to go public in the first place. It is not illegal to raise as. A company can use this additional money as they wish. Just because they dont file, we have no idea whatthey are spending it on . So why would he go to jail ? Paying out parts as compensation to 'consultants' is not a crime either. They have the majority of the shares, so can do what they want.

Just for that money right now, imho they are not trying to grow the business for the other common shareholder, but again that is not criminal.

Just that way u shouldnt expect it to become a billion dollar company, but it is doing more than alright for its majority shareholders.
