Maybe Chin has learned not to PR until things are inked, funds are cleared and so on. Maybe he has learned that he should not PR until he can at least say a campaign of buying shares back has begun and they have successfully bought back X shares (even if it is a small amount). At this point it is about showing face that will propel this stock to penny land. He buys back shares, that raises confidence way above anyones wildest expectations. Lets let it all unwind. I agree most are tired of waiting including myself. But again patience is what makes you money in this line of work.
