Lars, there you go with more the deal is Complete, misinformation The Agreement was for 12.5 Million share of FBCD AND $250,000. If you've seen a filing that shows the $250K has been paid, please cut & paste that section to the board. The 10Q and 8K have language along the lines of Upon Completion, but no wording about the deal being finalized.
I'm not trying to scare anyone out of their shares. I just like to see intentional or unintentional misinformation called out.
