I make no assumptions other than that the numbers presented in the CMKX 8K are true and that OBO/NOBO lists have been obtained by Mr. Frizzell.

Pick any other date for the OBO/NOBO list - ADP can run one in 24 hours.

It is Mr. Frizzell who has made the assumptions. He has asked that the March brokerage statements be submitted. If you think a more recent date is appropriate, take that up with Mr. Frizell (I agree that the more recent the better).

And you could be correct, more shares may have been issued since March. At least I'm not using a certificate count from December of 2004 and adding it to a street name count from this week.
