"These shareholders own over 300 billion shares of common stock. This number DOES NOT INCLUDE shareholders who possess certificates of ownership."
To normal human beings, this means the number is not counted twice. I'm not sure if you are getting confused with some other language or what, but this wording says there are 626 billion shares accounted for so far.
On your other attempt...Frizzel is getting the account info so that he has more proof of this naked short. I'm sure if he needs to get them notarized beofre bringing them in front of the court, he will have this done.
