Company will get approval and it usually takes a week or two to get listed and trading. You might be right there are several different things lining up at the same time, they might just be coincidence but the shareholder record date is the 7th, right after conference, amex up list should be here very soon and maybe to coincide with conference. hopefully we have some good days ahead of us!
My experience with uplisting is the stock doesn't always shoot up right away and in some cases goes down a bit before it starts an upward trend. A vague answer, I know but just an observation.
I've had this happen with 3 other recent mining uplistings from OTC/Pink to Amex.
I hope I'm wrong but not too overly worried about it if it dips. I'd like to get a couple more buys in before the next ride.
The miners haven't seemed to catch up with the price of gold yet but they might soon.
