Talking about 401ks, my Metlife 401k just announced that it will pay a 5% rate on fixed income investments in 2003. A wonderful deal for participants with money fund yields around 1%. That plus the ability to trade daily at no cost.
REAL GLAD I di not rollover my 401k since retiring from Metlife.
I have no good advice for 401K for "few years". It depends on your age, how well you can manage it, what risks you can or cannot take and your desired asset allocation model.
