Everybody says bonds are bad..but maybe short term bonds for the next year will be OK. I'm thinging of a short term Vangard bond. What do you think?

Do you know when europe starts trading again. they will be in catch up mode big time after our rally. i was going to flip some ndx 401k funds to europe.
