I would bet that he thinks that the company is progressing nicely. This is a long term growth strategy for them so they are enjoying the tax savings while they strengthen their bottom line and infrastructure. The only way to win from an investor standpoint with USOG is to look at this investment as one that may require months to years. Someone with alot of money and alot of shares has us boxed in right now. They sell you the shares on the ask and wait for small investors to get scared or bored and sell at a loss. Buy and hold is my strategy. They can't defeat that unless USOG goes under, and we're going to the AMEX, not under. ;-)
