She is correct about 33 million outstanding. However, in the trading market there are 11 shares available to trade, with 33 million due bills attatched to them

What I do not understand is why the share price continues to trade lower if they did not properly account for the shares post split. Given the short term downward bias would not late Thursday/Friday be the better day to Buy a Lotto ticket?
