That's what he WANTS to see happen to the people on this board is basically what that means.

jt is the biggest creditor

let's say he calls his note- not now but next year- he can put the co in BK but why

a public company is worth alot - so he converts to stock for say 3 bil shs and don't tell me the stock will go up- not with zero earnings and a big debt overhang



too many shs -he does a reverse - so the public holders who now own say 80% of the co go down to owning less than 40%

add to that the other conv note holders who convert then the public holders go down to owning less maybe 20 to 25 %

simple math
