You might not have lost, but a lot of people have lost and have been diluted down to this point. It begs the question, is management thinking in the best interest of shareholders? Is there a reason Alex hasn't added to his position? If they couldn't afford the acquisition two years ago, what makes you think they can or will get the money now? Why a promissory note to Turnbull rather than securing financing and making an outright acquisition?
All these questions raise flags of concern that USOG is not a going concern, in its current form.
