You're still not getting it, Gump. The NOBO/OBO list is prepared from information supplied by brokerages. The same information (in terms of numbers of shares) that's given to CEDE.
So you're not gonna see any big surprises here. The combined number of certed and street shares as reported by Frizzy is just a little more than the o/s as reported by the company.
