I didn't say that the merging company is only 2-3 people. I'm just saying that just because the IR Update cited "board of directors, shareholders and executive management," that doesn't mean we're talking about dozens or hundreds of 'insiders.'

It may, but it also may not. The sad truth is that we just don't know and I'm as frustrated as anyone by that fact.

And just to satisfy your request for a link, the company I worked for was Radnor Alloys, and they were acquired in 1999 by Edgen Murray.

Details of the deal are not listed. Perhaps they are somewhere else......
