We all want to get this mess sorted out as soon as possible,
that is the average humans philosophy unfortunatly this mess naked shorting will not just go away it is a MAJOR problem.
It will have to tackled by people with lots of Faith Patience Wisdom as it is a very serious problem and will have to be addressed for the US Economy to become prosperous again
Stoecklien is not UC and although he welcomed Frizzel it was probably only through courtsey.
Is it a good thing that Frizzel is involved on behalf of those share holders who join up?
If the SEC has allowed blattant Naked Shorting and the US Govt allowed it to continue it will be bought to a head sooner than later by forces far stronger than CMKX.
Because of the way the cards have been played, UC probably had no option but to allow Frizzel to represent the Shareholders if enough of them made it worthwhile
UC agreed to this but I do not think it was in his plan.
That Frizzel had a meeting with the SEC is good, but it is just another chapter in this intriguing fight, and could even be good for the whole US economy if it exposes in some way proof of Naked Shorting
As any one can see I still support UC and will do so until I am convinced he has taken us all for a ride.
Personaly I think CMKX runs much deeper than most people think. Just my personal opinions hope no one is offended!

Downunder...IF Frizzel had not been allowed in..we would never have probably had the meeting with the SEC the following day.
He is one of the best things to come along in a while
